How does it work?

With the permission of management at your business, we acquire access to the username and passwords of your channels, as we need these details to post regularly and consistently through your accounts.

What type of content do you post?

  • Once you have signed up for one of our packages, we will arrange a meeting with you to discuss the content that best suits your needs and the interests of your target customers.  

  • If you would like specific images and information posted that is no problem, after all it is your business so the more personalised it looks, the better.

  • We will guide you with a list of post suggestions and we will find stock imagery, videos, and relevant news that are suited to your business. These posts will follow your company culture and guidelines that you wish for us to follow.

How do you decide what to post?

1.  Audit - Firstly we will do an audit of your business to see what areas of the business will draw the most traffic.

2.  Develop - We will then develop a social media strategy regarding the best content to post and the times where these posts will reach most of your audience based on their online habits.

3.  Engage - We will notify you of all our planned content to ensure you are fully satisfied. This allows us to make any changes at your request before publishing.

4.  Measure - We conduct and send you monthly reports via email. By tracking the analytics of your account we measure your total progress to ensure that what we are doing is effective or if changes need to be made to your social media strategy. All our packages include monthly reports.

Is there a trial period?

We have all packages priced at a minimum of 3 months because there is a huge amount of effort on our part needed at the start to correctly set-up the monitoring of your social media channels, create the content and to make whatever changes we feel are needed to give more clarity and potential opportunity for growth with your current and potential audiences. 

What is included in the packages?

- Content Publishing

So you choose the channels you feel are most suited to your audience and will we run them for you. We can also advise you on what are the best channels to use if you have a number of active channels but aren’t sure which two to pick. The best channels to use are entirely dependent on what area of business you work in.

 - Scheduled Posts

Having almost a daily post on both channels helps maintain your reach and allow further growth and engagement for both branding and sales purposes. After two weeks if you haven’t posted anything on Facebook, they will hide your company page posts from peoples’ timelines so it’s important to keep posting content regularly.

- Weekday Monitoring

There is nothing more annoying for a customer if they send a message to not have it responded to within a reasonable period of time. We can monitor your channels throughout the working week.

- Message Forwarding

We will then notify you of the query. Keeping your customers informed and engaged is important. 

- Monthly Reporting

Measuring and Analysing are important elements in marketing and running campaigns. Therefore we will send you a brief monthly report about reach, growth and engagement recorded on your social media channels over the past few weeks. This also helps with focusing on certain areas to build more on (as the traction is working) and other areas that don’t seem to meet the interests or needs of your audience.

- Email Support

We really value our clients and their interests, so we are always here to help you and answer your questions. Your emails will always be prioritised, if you wish to contact us.

Professional Video Bundle

- 6hr Video Shoot

Our video crew will arrive at your place of business and spend the day (6hrs) shooting stock footage and conducting interviews with you or 2-3 key members of your business.

- Corporate Video (90-120secs)

The footage from this shoot can then be edited into a short 90-120 second corporate video that you can post across your social media platforms, host on your website, use in corporate presentations, and also as a bumper ad on YouTube.

- Social Media Videos

We will also create social media videos (under 60 seconds each to comply with social media time limits) that can be scheduled out over the course of the chosen plan.

- Staff Photographs

Professional photographs of your team/staff and products are a great asset to have for both online publishing, in-house presentations, and press releases.  

- Stock Library of Product/Service Imagery

While on-site on the day of the shoot we can also take a series of photographs for you too to build up your stock imagery. We can also add other royalty-free creative commons images that we source and feel will be of benefit to your publishing platforms.

How long until i see results?

Marketing gives long-term results, but it also takes long-term investment. It’s important to trust the process and know that growth and sales are first built on branding and engagement. It will typically take a quarterly campaign of online activity and targeting your core audience to see positive results. While we do our best to ensure the success of each client, marketing should not be confused with selling. Our job is to bring the customer to you, but you still need to sell yourself, your business, and your product.

How will I know if it works?

Each month we will send you a monthly report which showcases the growth of your social media via the analytics we have gathered from your accounts. This includes growth in followers, reach, and engagement of your content.

Is it safe to share my account information?

We have malware and virus protection on all our iMacs so rest assured your login details are safe with us. However we recommend changing these details on a regular basis for general online safety purposes.
